If you are a parent who recognizes that the traditional, one-size-fits-all model school system doesn’t work for everyone, then you’ll want to visit Valley Adventist Christian School. We have reimagined the one-room schoolhouse, recognizing the many advantages that a smaller class size and tailored curricular experience offers to students.

Our educational program is founded on the belief that each student is unique and of inestimable value, and on the importance of the development of the whole person. Students are educated to accept service as a way of life, to be sensitive to the needs of people in the home and society, and to become active members in their churches.

Dawn Peterson is our master teacher who brings a joyful spirit and distinct expertise to the development of young minds. She has over 25 years of experience both in the classroom and as a homeschooling mom. She seeks to teach students skills necessary for 21st century living utilizing her BS in Education and her MA in Leadership with an emphasis in Creativity and Design. Her most important aspiration is to lead her students into a loving relationship with Jesus.

Our accredited curriculum incorporates strong Christian values, rigorous academics combined with outdoor learning, lots of fun activities, and a personalized environment with one-on-one time for more focused growth.

Our Mission:

The Valley Adventist family exists to show our Flathead Valley children Jesus, nurture their love for Him and others, teach them to think, and empower them to serve.
